I'm Back and...Pregnant!



It has been quite a while since my last blog post! I had been going through what most of us mommies go through - take care of our children and forget about taking care of ourselves. Along with working and other household obligations, there was not much time for me to commit to healthy and fitness. However, I had promised myself that I would always make time to care for myself, but sometimes we lose our priorities along by being so consumed with our children. Naturally, this is what happens to most of us. My husband and I have decided that we will adjust our lifestyle to get myself back to my fit, healthy self (and my blog). But first, we will have to wait until our 3rd baby arrives in a few months!
We are so thrilled to be having another baby. Unfortunately, I am the type of pregnant woman that has no energy to tend to a fitness regimen. Especially now that I have 2 other children to look after, I get all the activity I can handle in one day. I do put effort into my meals by making sure I meet all or most of my nutritional needs throughout the day. However, I usually don't have much of an appetite when I am pregnant but do the best I can as well as getting my needs met by prenatal vitamins and other supplements (my USANA products). I really wish I could stay fit and healthy all the way till the end of her pregnancy. But this is how my body functions while providing for another little human being. In addition, I have to meet the daily needs of my little which takes most of my energy reserves.
So my plan for now is to make sure I relax and enjoy the rest of my pregnancy!
