Taco Turkey and Black Bean Wrap
This is such a simple and healthy recipe! It is packed with high quality protein and low fat.
1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey
1 Onion, chopped
1 cup Red Pepper, chopped
1 can Black Beans
1 can Black Beans
1 pkg. Low Sodium Taco Seasoning
Ancient Grain Wrap
Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in pan. Brown onion and turkey meat. Add red pepper, black beans, taco seasoning and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and turn down heat to a simmer. Cook until liquid is absorbed. Serve on Ancient Grain or Multi-grain Wrap. Enjoy!
