Aerobic Exercise and PMS


Each women experiences varying symptoms with their menstrual periods.  Pre-menstrual Syndrome (PMS) can affect a women's daily life as well as her exercise regimen.  In my situation, I can get some severe symptoms such as increased sweating and painful cramping.  During these time, the last thing I want to do is exercise.  However, experts suggest that exercising can help ease PMS symptoms.  In addition, it can make women more susceptible to particular injuries due to hormonal changes.  What are your thoughts?
